Default Leslie Sansone Walking Tapes
Hi

Starting back to WW again this week and to boost my loss ;-) (if any) I was thinking about trying the above.

Has anyone tried them, there are a few different ones I understand.

I only have a small area in which to work so can anyone advise?

Hi Jano, great to hear from you. I havent heard of these tapes but i am sure someone will be along soon who knows about them!!

Hi How are you doing?

The tapes are very good I'm told and they vary in length. The one I am most interested in is the 2 mile one, I think
