Mononucleosis!
Wow! The very day I was going to start my weight loss blog, I go to the doctor and find out I have mononucleosis. :|
I don't know how I'm going to handle going a month without exercising at ALL! D: Is anyone very familiar with the disease? Do you think it would be okay to at least do some light (5 lb) weight lifting and situps and stuff? And maybe just like 5-10 minutes of cardio a day? Once the major symptoms are gone, I mean. Because apparantly even after the symptoms go away, you're supposed to take it easy for a month or two! >.<
