Heya!

Losing weight seems to have given me more days bleed-free (Started out for me that it was easier to count the no-bleed days in a year than the light-"average?"-heavy days each month, I shudder to think how many boxes of pads I was going through,

).
But also has returned to me the bad cramps from my teenage years...

UGH!!! (I'm nearly 25)
Nearly fifty pounds down, I'll be happy to buy a new bottle of extra-strength Midol if getting closer to "goal weight" means a more "normal" period.
But for now, I groan! *wants a midol or a heating pad, or both
