Aunt Sheshie, you look FABULOUS! I'm gonna have to check into those kettlebells.

Coastalcrafter, that doctor is an ***. I'd be finding another neurologist if possible.

Makeitmatter, when did you start IP? Congratulations on not needing to lose 20 pounds! How wonderful that must feel!

I'm svelting - it is so kind of you to manage this board for us. We are in need of management and you do it so well!! BIG SV for me today. 65 lbs lost -- and only 12.9 lbs to go to a healthy BMI. (5 lbs lower than my wedding day 26 years ago)
Woo hooo--65 lbs!! Can't quite believe it! :tra mpo:

Brilliant!! It is a little stunning to lose so much so quickly, isn't it? And it only gets better!

KDWS - - I'm from the Chicago area! But it's been many years since I've been to Portillo's. Good luck with IP and come back often to share!

I've got a ton of catching up to do. Busy day at work yesterday, then my bowling league started last night. Whew! I was worried about finding time for dinner, since bowling starts at 6:30, but, since I gave up the secretary job (after 18 seasons), I now have more time before I have to leave the house, and I don't have to stay late waiting for slow teams to finish.

I hope everyone has a great Friday!

Oh, in case it was missed on the other thread: I'm in for the Challenge!

Good morning everyone, wow I usually never get to posting this early in the day.

I want to echo the thanks to I'm svelting. You are putting so much time into this, and if I understand it right it's all volunteer. That's a big job and thanks you so much for doing it. There are many people posting and I know even more who just come to read, so having this site is really good. And thanks to everyone who answers and helps out with sharing info and encouraging each other, you guys are all great.

I'm starting day three back on plan again. I got through the last to 2 days with extra packets and did have restricteds, but today I'm going to cut one of those out, maybe no restricteds. I feel like I can do it.

Looks like the sun is finally shining here after about a week of rain, so I think I'll go take my kids for a walk. Thank you all for bring here!

Good morning to all! This is my second week on ip. Went out of town yesterday and was not tempted, for the first time, to pull into a fast food drive thru. Started thinking about that. I had always gotten a quick lunch when out of town before I started this diet at a fast food joint. Some how that quick lunch turned into a 1000 calorie meal in the past. Patted myself on the back for staying true to myself and this diet. Everyone have a great labor day weekend and be true to IP!

Oh My!!! I Am Soo Worried. I Am On My 4th Week And Woke Up This Morning And Thought I Was Passing Out!! I Was So Weak. I Am Doing Everything Right. I Don't Understand. I Was Shaking From Head To Toe And Had To Get A Little Orange Juice (first Time I Have Ate Something Different Off The Plan) Even Got 1 Slice Of Wheat Toast Bread Drank A Little 1% Milk And Ate One Of The Ip's Protein Bar. It Took Me About 2 Hours To Even Feel A Little Better. This Is Scaring Me. I Have Lost 12 Pounds And I Am So Excited But I Thought I Was A Deaths Door. It Was Scary.
