
sorry you're so frustrated! this journey can be a b**** sometimes huh?! i don't really understand, you're losing sizes but you aren't losing pounds? or when you started at 180 you were size 14 and you're now size 11, after losing 20 lbs?
the one thing I can say is that given your weight and the amount of working out you do, 1200 calories is the bear minimum of calories you should eat! you mentioned eating 1200 "or less" and i think less is ill-advised. I would try cycling calories... You have to create a 3600 calorie deficit to lose a pound, so you eat your 1200 calories to create a calorie deficit each day, right? your body is smart enough to adjust to that! instead, if you cycle calories, your body is getting a different calorie amount each day, never really knowing what's coming at it, but still always getting a deficit. for instance: eat 1200 calories monday, 1600 tuesday, 1200 weds, 1300 thurs, 1400 fri, 1200 sat, 1500 sunday. that averages out to a little more than 1300 calories a day. Still get your deficit, and leaves your body guessing.
