Hey everyone. I know that Teabo is sooo old but I have never actually tried it. I enjoyed Billy Blanks bootcamp but I have noticed Im not as motivated to continue with it because i have gotten bored with the same routine.
Have people actually gotten results from Taebo?
I used to loooovvvveeeeee Billy Blank's Tae Bo workouts! I have to admit, though, that I have seen faster results through Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workouts than I did from longer Tae Bo workouts.
The workouts are really good, but if you are getting bored, you should try to mix it up and try something else for awhile.
I did TaeBo. I can't remember if I got results or not but I remember like it in the comfort of my own home where there weren't any MIRRORS like at the gym! Goodness, I could never do that program at the gym! I have no coordination.
But I remember it being a really good workout, and as I always say about any form of exercise, it's definitely better than sitting on the couch! I use things like that as my "extra" activity.
