I subscribe to Dr. Andrew Weil's daily email, and yesterday and today his Daily Tips were about 10 vegetables to keep on hand to keep you in tiptop health. With a few exceptions they dovetail nicely with IP.

I think he's pretty helpful [for Phase 4] and the least commercial of the nutrition blogers. I have his cookbook and use it selectively while I'm in Phase 1.
