OK how do we create a STICKY? I feel that the Birth Control issue is coming up quite often and perhaps a sticky with info on it would be helpful...kind of like a warning first thing on the page?

I have repeated it here as I was told by my coach (and many others here have confirmed it) that birth control pills are NOT RELIABLE while on IP because of how the diet is resetting your system (hormones included) and the only way to be sure is condoms...unless you ARE looking to get pregnant that is (right Jordanna? ;-)

Can we kind of put that on a sticky that will remain on the top here so people know and don't get a surprise IP baby?

Ok... so not really birth control related question ....well sort of, anyone stopped having cycles while or program? (oh ya and not pregnant)

I don't know this, but I think a moderator has to create the Sticky. You may want to PM Ruthxxx or Leenie. Or, maybe they will see the thread and just handle it for you.
