I would stay on phase 1 until you've lost 90% of what you want off. The women on this board have posted amazing recipes and it has kept me from getting bored! :-) Look through the recipe threads and try something new! Don't cheat! I was told that after the first three weeks that I could work out, so maybe just hold back for a bit and then slowly get back into the groove of things! Best of luck!

I was told that since I am use to working out it would be fine to continue. I normally go to the gym 3 times a week and have a pretty aggressive work out routine. The only suggestion my coach made is that I tone it down a bit and do not be discouraged if I don't lose as much when I work out since I will be gaining muscle and muscle weighs more. She told me the reason they recommend not working out is due to the slower weigh loss because of extra muscle. I started on Friday and am down 9 lbs so far. I will being going to the gym monday to get back in my routine.

I know that some IPers who work out hard have an extra IP protein pack afterward to compensate. I make sure to drink lots of extra water. I think exercise is important.

I try to schedule a meal/snack right after a workout so I can get the protein that the muscles need. My coach told me to cut back to at least half on my exercise regime. I play ice hockey, I dance, and I also work out 5-6 days a week (a mix of yoga, cardio, strength)... well, I told my coach that I'd cut down my workout (besides hockey and dance) to half the time everyday (so 30-45 min) and I haven't.. Next week, i'll be taking it easier with no strength training, just yoga and cardio. After that, I will see how I feel..

I asked if I could have 4 protein packs and day and keep my schedule and she said no because it's too hard on the liver... My day 3 morning was probably really hard because I did 90 mins of yoga then soon after, I played a hockey game
