Welcome! I am not new to WW but new to these boards. You will definitely find support here. I would try the WW site boards as well. The cool thing about WW is that it is a checks and balances type deal. So there is nothing you can do to completely "blow it". Like my sister is doing South Beach Phase 1. Well yesterday she went off track and it undid EVERYTHING she was trying to accomplish with her cravings removal and whatever. So she just said, "well I blew it so I will start over again on Monday". WW isn't that way. You can start over the next MEAL. And just make up for any damage you have done.

So you pretty much just have less excuses for saying "what the hay....I blew it anyway so why not just totally eat the whole bag of cookies". It is a very forgiving understanding diet.

The forums on this site are awesome, not only are they fairly easy to navigate but there are some great gals and guys on here.

By the way, you might like to check out this part of the forum too, http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chicks-control-64/. Personally, I run around all over the forums from games to the 20-somethings back to ww and lots of inbetween, .
