You can take one scoop a day just as an extra little something, and they say they recommend it. Actually all the counselors at my center seem to drink it themselves, I have seen a lot of them drinking it. It takes kind of minty actually. With a faint taste of veggies? Haha, it isn't super delicious, but it isn't bad. I think it tastes a lot like peppermint tea. Two scoops can be used to replace 4 ounces of veggies up to 3 times a week. I wonder if anyone has found anything to mix it with or add it to, either for a snack, or with a HNS or with a meal.
