I kinda got away from visiting 3FC for a while there. It was a combination of not having time due to a new job and that habit that so many of us have of not coming here when we are not doing so well even though that is when we need it most. I had not been doing well since the beginning of March, I would do well for a few days and then ruin it by going out to dinner at some place I know I shouldn't. I even let my husband talk me into taking a full 9 days off diet for my birthday week. I hit 175 on Feb. 28 and then bounced between 175 and 184 for a while. I've been doing pretty well for a few weeks now and really well for about a week. I also purchased a treadmill. YAY! I hit 173 this morning. I also intend to find at least a few minutes to at least lurk here. I know that I do better when I have my 3FC connection. I figured I would make this intention official by posting it. So, hello again to everyone (or hello for the first time if you are new since I disappeared at the beginning of March).
I know what you mean about staying connected. I've been off plan since Nov and I keep starting and stopping, I just have so much stress in my life right now and I can't seem to get ahold of it. But I make sure I get on here ever few days and try to find my place again.
You are doing the right thing coming back, it'll help you stay focused! Good to see you back.
USUALLY, my absence means I'm off plan. That's not the case this time...my excuse is two-fold. 1) It's Spring 2) I'm out enjoying that it's spring, being ACTIVE. Unfortunately, that tops 3FC.
