I'm just about calories. I do try to stay with the healthy foods and limit my sugar and fat intake but if I want pizza or a krimpet then I'll have it. If I'm within my calorie range, most days and I'm eating normally and intuitively then I'm happy. My life seems better this way. I enjoy what I want but I watch the portion size. Once I get to my goal weight, I don't want to watch the calories. I want to learn to eat when I want to and stop when I'm full.
