No sweets and low GI carbs
This is a post to keep me accountable.
I was doing so good in past, and had just stopped eating sweets (including artificial sweeteners) and was losing weight. Then I got complacent and started having some artificial sweeteners in my tea/coffee. And then habit slowly grew to having one Vitatop muffin a day, and now to binging once a week.
Now that I am diagnosed with PCOS, it is more important for me to lose weight, not only for vanity purpose but also for medical reason.
So from today, I will have no sweet, no artificial sweetener. I will keep myself accountable in this thread.
