Default Wednesday's Watch

Good Morning Everyone,

Welcome, Charlene. TOPS is a great place to be. Hope you enjoy being a member and post here on the board often. It helps.

It's Wednesday already, and those of us weighing in Thursday, and Friday need to really watch our diet. (I know, I know, lol, we should watch it all the time, but I've found the last couple of days, before weigh in, I really need to be careful.) Watch is defined in the dictionary as: to be attentive or vigilant, to keep under close observation, so that is what I'm going to do.

Well, enough of this. I hope you all have a good OP day.

Nita,

You are right. I think a lot of us that weigh in on thursday and friday don't get serious about our plans until monday. But at least we are not giving up.

That is great that you are watching your portions and fat. It all boils down to portion control no matter what plan you are following. I have learned that. I have been on so many plans. It really helps to stick to one plan also for me anyway.

How is your plan and the colosium going? I am sure you are doing great.

Summer,

How is the no carbs, low carbs going for you? Do you think you will have a loss this week? I think you will. You have really been trying this week and it seems like you are starting to get focused on you again. Way to go girl.

Eleni,

How are things with you? You still exercising and making great choices? How are the piano lessons going? Did you learn to play a song yet? Keep up the great work and attitude. You will make it one day.

I am still on plan my scale is down so that is good. Still not where it was before but only lacking 2 lbs from the lowest in a long time. So I am almost there. Then I can concentrate on getting into the 170's. I want to be in the 170's by sept. I can do that if I keep up curves and keep counting my points. I have to set small mini goals for myself again. I stopped doing that. Even if it is 179 I will take that. I have not been that at tops in a long time. At least then I will be in the 170's you know?
Well I am off to work. I had my friends daughter's picture taken yesterday and both her and my daughter had their picture taken to. I did it for my friend for her birthday coming up. The pictures will be a few days late but she will be surprised as long as ashley can keep a secret. She is only 5 so we will see.LOL The 2 girls are best friends and have known each other since birth. It was cute having their picture taken together yesterday they had a blast. So because we were out in the afternoon doing that they only had the morning to play. While I worked so she spent the night again last night. She is going home today. I can work while she is here because they get along great. Plus it gives megan someone to play with while I work so she doesn't get bored.
And I don't have to put up with my other friends kids here 24/7. I can't get anything done while they are all here. She has not been here all week. It is a great break. They have been here 24/7 for the past few weeks like 4 weeks in a row. It seems nice to have my house back and to have quiet again.

Goodmorning everyone Feeling better this morning as I know I have someone to be accountable to, I will be making changes here at home, will do more lowfat meals and cut fast food...hopefully all together. I guess I'm not going to be following a program really....not Weight Watchers or Suzanne Somers but just trying to make good/healthy changes here at home......hopefully this works, guess I will know better next week!!

Well woke up a bit late this morning so I should be off to get ready for work.

Haven't heard about my car yet Sherri, but thanks for asking. I'm doing great today. Staying on plan. Writting it all down. I weighed and measured last night, cuz of the different place. The only place I was down was actually bmi. Which is good. I know what I had on last night, so Sept 20 with be my next measure, i will wear the samething. It could of been that I hadn't been measured by these people before, or weighed on the scale. I also drank water just before I left. I'm going there tonight. I want this stuff off of me.
Nita- our weight recorder always reminds me, that 2 days before you weigh in be extra carefull. what you eat example. Sat, Sun- will show up on Monday. Doesn't always happen, but I try.
Christie, seems like you are sticking to plan well.
Eleni- U still exercising. You will have a loss for sure this week. I'm very proud of you.
Summer-I hope you keep going. Staying in Tops statis.
all you missing in action, crazy, penny, coco, cc, and anyone else i miss. You are all missed here, and we need you.
Charlene- take it one day at a time, and small changes add up to big changes. Sometimes we say "i only lost a pound, but if we lose a pound a week for a year. 52 pounds are gone. You can do this.

Good afternoon ladies,

Didn't get much sleep last night , so not quite with it. Tonight is weigh in and I know I'm going to be out of leeway again. Even though my eating hasn't been bad, I haven't done any exercising. Haven't been feeling quite up to par. Hopefully will get my energy back and my head to feeling connected again. Seems like the weight is now in the 'sticking on' mode, but then again, if I could just stick with what works............[we all know the story]....

Nita, I know exactly what you mean by 'watching' it more closer to meeting day. Oh my, now I think I need to go look up the word 'continuity'.....as that is what I need to suceed with this weight control. Good luck tomorrow....you should be fine if you stay vigilant.

Sherri, YAHOO on your scale being down. [just love the way this guy boogies!] Hey, that's probably you at curves, right? Great going on your determination. I'm looking forward to seeing how you do tomorrow.

Charlene, WELCOME to our great little group here. We all have our ups and downs.....but boy, we sure are here for each other. YEAH for joining your TOPS chapter May you have success. Losing weight is the hardest thing [I think] to do.

Wendy, Glad you didn't get hurt in the rear-ender. I need to join you and Christie in the journaling department. I KNOW that would help me be more alert to what is going in the old mouth. Sounds like you are back on track. WAA-HOO!:sheep:

Eleni, hope your doing good this week and your fingers aren't 'orange' anymore. I wish I were in the pool with you doing those laps. Keep it going.............

Christie, Looks like you have been on track also. YEAH...getting closer to KOPS.

Maryann, CC, Marie, C4C, coco, Penny and everyone else out there...........please let us know how you are doing. We all need each other 'through thick and thin'. Take care all..........I'm gonna hit the water before it gets any later.
