I posted this on the vegetarian board, but my 20-somethin girls tend to be heavier posters than my fellow vegetarians, so I wanted to post it here, too

Years ago, I tried a recipe for no-bake cookies that had no flour and no sugar - as far as I remember, it was just dates and rolled oats. It was delicious, but I don't remember the recipe. I'd love to make my own breakfast bars with fruit, oats, and nuts, similar to the cookies, but I can't find a recipe that doesn't have added sugar or flour. Does anyone know any recipes like this?

Oh! The Barefoot Contessa made her own granola bars on one episode - if you go to the FoodNetwork.com and look under Ina Garten, she might have something you'd be interested in.

I remember there was no flour, and I don't think she added sugar. I remember this because it was a very uh-her recipe.
