Sorry! Title should say "now on my 2nd day".
First of all...the scale is saying I lost 3lbs in a day, now is this right? Can this be right? I felt a little happy but then I thought that my scale is just off (even though my start weight was correct on Tuesday which was the day before I started this).
2nd, and most important for me right now!!, is that I just went to the deli and picked up some colby cheese. Can I have this? I'm trying to Google the acceptable foods but I haven't found the list yet and I thought it was on here. (Never made it to my sister's yesterday to get the the Dr.'s book). I REALLY want this cheese and it's just looking at me so if someone could let me know before I go in to make eggs (which I'm not in the mood for) that would be GREAT!
