How long have you been working out 5 days a week? I know when I started, I GAINED 5 pounds the first month. I didn't lose for 5-6 weeks. Not a single pound...I just kept with it and eventually my body got used to the workouts and the change in eating habits and it started coming off...

You're gaining muscle and loosing inches

But you should be aware of the amount of calories you are eating. Too Little and your body might be holding onto everything you eat. Try upping your calories by 100 or 200.

Like everyone said, you need to look at what you're eating vs how much exercise. it could be that you started gaining muscle. Don't let the scale be your only way of measuring weight loss, try to keep measurements i.e. inches. And also keep track of the calories you are eating vs the calories you are burning to make sure that nothing is sneaking in, or that you are burning more than what you consume.. good luck

But I don't drink enough water. I know I should be.

You can actually gain a lot of water weight if you start hardcore working out, so my advice is to pay attention to what you eat/drink but otherwise don't flip about numbers. Notice how strong you feel and how great you look!

I definitely second using inches/how clothes fit to judge progress, and good luck
