Now in my second weekI am not yet to my 10% or even my 5% (first mini goal) but I am very happy with progress.

My long range plan is to get into a healthy weight range, probably between 125 and 132. It has been so nice so far, tummy is happy and weight is going down, got into some of my dress pants today. Undoing lots of bad habits from eatting on various weight loss plans over the years.
