So I'm smack dab in the middle of my 6th week of healthy livin' I'm doing great, I've lost 27 pounds and I'm getting addicted to exercise when all of a sudden....BOOM I get sick! I'm all light headed, congested, sore throat, coughing, and can't stand up for mor than a few minutes...just when I thought things couldn't get any worse...TOM comes creepin' it's ugly head in my week!
UGH! I am dreading getting on that scale Monday morning! I was even gonna take some progress pics......
Sorry I'm being all whiney, I'm just worried this will slow me down....
I'm not going to let it de rail me though. I'm still going to eat on plan and get back into exercise as soon as I feel normal again. I know I'll get through this, It just sucks some major patootey.
