lunch:
carrot sticks
celery sticks
quorn chicken patty 4/10.5
salad
salad dressing .5/11
snack:
luna bar 4/15
mozz stick 1/16
dinner:
homemade turkey chili 4/20
some other veggie
exercise: 35 min elliptical
dog putter, weeding
water: not enough -36 oz so far and counting
vitamin: si,si
