Happy Labour Day everyone. I did well today, even tho I was tired from work and that usually leads to bad food choices. I didn't eat exactly ideally, but didn't binge. In fact, tonight hubby brought home pizza, and I had 3 slices, (thin ones) and was starting a fourth, but realized I was full and stopped.
Couldn't quite believe it, but am pleased. baby steps.
Starting week 2 of binge free. But there will be cake in the house tonight. DD's 15th! And this is the traditional time for me to go overboard and then not get back OP. I refuse to do that again. 1/2 a slice of cake (we are only ordering 2 slices) and then its back to what works.

Day 2 binge-free yesterday and wow, was it a doozy. What was shaping up to be a relaxing Labour Day turned out to be a stress fest. By 9 PM I was putting my foot in my shoe to go to the convenience store for chips. But a voice in my head said, "No! I am not doing this!!" and I stayed home and ate no more. We have the strength to do this!
Did pretty amazing yesterday as my first day, I went to be 50 calories away from what i was supposed to eat (maybe not that much, but trust me, that's amazing for me!) Today I only have 400 calories left for the day, and i'm trying to figure out what to make for a small serving so I don't totally over do it.
I'm on Day 6! Last week was really bad, I had the urge every day, and I gave in every day. And I felt disgusting, so that motivated me to get back on plan. I'm really pleased that it is Day 6 for me, as the beginning of the school year is brining lots of stress, and this is usually the time that I give in.
