Nikeolie - I try to workout for an hour each day, randomly varying between the bike, the treadmill, the cross trainer, and weights. I am not at all familiar with weight training so I only use the weights when my husband comes with me. The bike hurts my butt, the treadmill gives me blisters on the bottom of my feet, and the cross trainer is just plain difficult so I try to pick between the lesser of the evils that day. I am actually starting to enjoy the challenge of the cross trainer (but don't tell anybody I said that!)
Lori259 - I am definitely going to start working on my diet soonbut I am afraid if I amke too many changes at once my body and mind will freak out. And, believe it or not,the gym is easier to wrap my mind around right now so I thought I would start with that and *hopefully* it will lead me to wanting to eat healthier as well.
