Default Hi everyone :)
Nice to meet you all, hopefully

I'm new here! I was lurking for a while, but I'm rather shy because of bad forum-related experiences.

I used to be an ameture weight lifter, but stopped quite a while ago and became sedentary. I've gained almost 100 pounds in the last 4 years. I decided to get back to my old weight when my doctor showed me my LDL level. Thinking of having a stroke or heart attack at my age is very scarey!

I hope to meet other men and ladies also struggling
