Did we survive the holiday weekend?

Exactly 20 lbs were shed in our first week of July!! You all rock!! Let's see if we can beat that this week!

HAD to get on the scale tonight. and i've lost another 5 pounds... total: 215; from surgery on january 29: 118

maybe it's the walking???

I was so close to reaching my summer mini goal.. my ww 10% by tonight. I am .8 lb away! whahhhhhh

Well today's my weigh-in and I gained 1lb....but that's not so bad. I'll just make sure I drink my water better this week(I missed the water on the weekend because I was at my mom and dad's for the weekend and they have well water...YUCK).

So my stats for now are 265/261/199. So totall of 4lbs loss.

Hey Jen.. my inlaws have well water too.. I agree.. yuck!
I bring a box of spring water with me. (it's actually Canadian water!) get it at walmart for $2.50 US/12 bottles. dh and I know we've done well when the box is empty when we leave.

Lost a whopping 7lbs this week. Who-hoo. I was more commited than ever this week, because last week, I was out of control!

cs button: you are doing great.. just think of it this way. If you lost 1 lb per week.. On June 23 2003 you would weigh 52 lbs lighter.. 207 lbs. Doesn't that sound great!!!

Congratulatins everyone, you're doing a great job. I gained this week. Ah, well, next week, eh? I don't know how much I gained 'cause I didn't go to my meeting this week. (Took mom to dr. on Monday.) Keep it up, girls.

I need to make an adendum to my weightloss total, because I weighed in 2 days early and yesterday did another weigh in.
I am now down...to 248.5 (I pee'd a lot in the past couple of days due to working at day camp in the heat and only drinking water)

I am down 2.3 pounds for a total of 53 pounds lost now! I am very inspired and feel I should reach my goal of 55 pounds gone by the end of July.

Congrats to all the "losers" this week. There are too many this week and that is a great thing indeed. Heres hoping next week is even better.

Jiffypop-I think mine is all the walking too! I think it really helps.

Dyanm1-congrats on the 2's! I remember how it felt to get away from the dreaded 3something on the scale. You go girl!
