
Just like I thought water wt. loss. I am back to 218. But it is 1 lb down from the beginning. Went to the orthopedic doc. for f/u on my broke ankles he said stop doing so much activity befor I do permanent damage to my legs. So no more stairs for awhile

I pigged out

last night on granola bars. No not the low fat kind the fudgy, carmel, and all the good gooy kind.

Mad at myself. Was going to try and do better by not starving myself today and drat

bought a chick frijita from Mc D's. But I only ate half for lunch along with a salad

I will have the other as after noon snack.

Maybe I wll do bettr tonight with the night time goodies. See ya.
