Thoughts please? Will this give me enough variety and strength?
Tues and Thurs are my strength days. Those are strength dvds. MWF cardio with some strength built in. Approx 1 hour each day. This is a four week rotation. TJ= Turbo Jam. Minutes are in ().

So far i've been working out 3-4 days a week. with Tae boe, i've also purchase the biggest loser work out.
It's really hard works most of your lower body.
my legs are a big challenge for me.
Like i sayd befor it sound like a great plan i'm going to try it.
This is my first time scheduling the workouts like this. Trying to make sure I rotate to get a good variety and not overtrain in certain areas. Also to get my money's worth from the DVDs and not just do my favorites. Also, I work out in the mornings so I don't have to think about what to do when I first wake up.
