Default My routine.

Thoughts please? Will this give me enough variety and strength?

Tues and Thurs are my strength days. Those are strength dvds. MWF cardio with some strength built in. Approx 1 hour each day. This is a four week rotation. TJ= Turbo Jam. Minutes are in ().



Mon - WATP Waistline (48)

Tues - TJ - Turbo Sculpt (40)
Firm - Express Abs (10)

Wed - YBB - Total Toning (45)

Thurs - TJ - 3T (35)
TJ - Ab Jam (20)

Fri - TJ – 20 min (20)
TJ – Low Body Jam (30)



MON WATP Fast & Firm (56)

TUES TJ - Turbo Sculpt (40)
Firm - Express Abs (10)

WED YBB – Adv Fat Burn (60)

THURS TJ - 3T (35)
TJ - Ab Jam (20)

FRI TJ – Cardio Party (45)

This Sounds Great.
Do the scheduling work for you.
I need to put it on paper to see if this would help me stay on track.
So far i've been working out 3-4 days a week. with Tae boe, i've also purchase the biggest loser work out.
It's really hard works most of your lower body.
my legs are a big challenge for me.

Like i sayd befor it sound like a great plan i'm going to try it.

This is my first time scheduling the workouts like this. Trying to make sure I rotate to get a good variety and not overtrain in certain areas. Also to get my money's worth from the DVDs and not just do my favorites. Also, I work out in the mornings so I don't have to think about what to do when I first wake up.

Good luck to you on your workouts. I have it in a calendar format in Word if you would like me to email it to you.
