It's that time again ladies, summer! What is your summer routine? I love to read other's routines and get ideas.

Strength training
3x5 Squats
3x5 Chest Press
3x5 Barbell Row
3x5 Military Press
1x5 Deadlift
HIIT: 15-20 min @ 3.0/9.0mph alternating 1 min on/1 min off
