Talking 75 lbs lost!!!
I started this journey on July 22, 2008 at 228 lbs. This morning, I weighed 153 lbs. I have a few more pounds to lose, but I am feeling great.



Although I don't post often, I am grateful to have 3FC here to inspire me!

You look so much younger!!! Not that you looked old before and I have no idea how old you are but you seriously look a lot younger in the last pic compared to the first!
