Does anyone know if this website is accurate when it comes to the nutrition facts for certain foods at restaurants? For example, today I had the Guiltless Grilled Salmon and steamed veggies w/ parmesan cheese. dietfacts.com said all of that was 395 calories.
I do extremely well when I'm able to count my calories and it drives me nuts when I dont know how many I'm consuming.
I rarely, if ever, go eat somewhere if I don't know the calories. I usually know where I'm going and check calories in advance and when I get there I order that. Usually I pick two things in case the restaurant doesn't have one.
