In a bowl mix:
1/4 cup of soft light blue bonnet- 200 calories
1/4 cup of flour- 100 calories
1/4 cup of sugar- 60 calories
1/4 cup of cocoa- 60 calories
1 egg- 70 calories
spray a microwaveable cereal bowl so it doesn't stick
put in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes
The whole thing has 490 calories, and we split it into 4 pieces, so 123 calories for 1/4th of it, and it is delicious!
