Thumbs up Old Poster returning back to the board
Hello everyone,

I used to post a little over 2 years ago regularly with your support I was able to lose 50 pounds. Long story, due to safety reasons, I had to relocate and alot of other crazy stuff. Now, I'm back to lose an additional 50 pounds. It's so hard to get back into exercising regularly...At one time I worked out 5-6 times a week using, WATP, Taebo and weights. Now, I have started and stopped about 4/5 different times.

I think with the support of the board once I start again I will have a better chance of continuing. I was able to maintain my 50 pound weightloss..i gained 25 of back but have since lost those 25.

I don't know if any of you remember me but, i have missed the board terribly...Now that I am safely tucked away and have a computer you will be hearing from me I lot me.

I am glad you are back. I have only been here a few months. I am completely in admiration of you keeping your weight down. Way to go. You can do these 50--not a problem! You have already proven it. Welcome again.
