Default going under 300 this week!

Well folks... I started at 345lbs. I am now as of my last WW weigh in (Mon night) at 304lbs.

I have been losing anywhere from 2 - 6 pounds a week.

So it is concievable that I could go under 300 by my next weigh in!

I know I STILL have a LONNNGGG way to go but somehow I am pretty happy that I am making progress!

I wonder if hitting 275 or 250 will have the same magic as going under 300.

I have been at or over 300 for about 3 or 4 years. I will be glad to tell it good bye! I hope I NEVER see 300 again.... even if I am 299! LOL!

Woohoo!! That is a great milestone!!!

We have very similar stats. I recall the excitment when I saw a 2 in front of my weight for the first time in many, many, many years!!! It was an amazing feeling....Gotta tell ya, 275 and 250 were awesome as well! I loved getting into the 240s....I'm barely there, but it's great. Now every new decade is a wonderful, wonderful feeling! I can't wait for the next one...

Keep up the wonderful work!!!

How awesome are you!! Your motivation is addictive.

I hope you have been taking pictures every few pounds so that you have visual reminders of how far you've come. (And to show your good pals here at 3fc some day!)

Congrats on coming up on the 200s! Somehow the 200s sound so much slimmer...even if it is 299! LOL

I'm 275 now and honestly, I don't really look much different. bummer. I think 250 will make a big difference: it is only 50#s to the 100s then. Yay!

Don't know if 275 or 250 will be as magical as crossing over into the 200s is now, but it will be a good thing. Maybe we shouldn't concentrate on the numbers in between the BIG milestones but rather dropping sizes in clothes? That seems more tangible and maybe rewarding.

Congrats again.

Hey Lori I took side and front pictures when I started (345) and a few weeks ago when I was 312. I plan to try and take them periodically even though I really hate looking at pictures of myself.

Hopefully as I get smaller I will one day look back in morbid fascination of how big I used to be.

I was too ashamed to post my begining picture when I joined and I am in awe of those who had the courage to do so when they first joined.

But I think I will be able to post before and after when I reach goal because in looking at everyone else's Before/After pictures it motivated me tremendously and I want to contribute to that to one day!

Oh well I didn't make it under 300! But I did lose at least. I lost 2 pounds so I am still at 302. But it wasn't for lack of trying!

Well I guess if I can stay on track then the next WW weigh in I'll go under hopefully!

This weigh loss thing is sure SLOOOWWWWW!!!!!!
