Breakfast
1 small nectarine
1 pkg. instant oatmeal
1 s. toast (lt.wheat) with pat of lite butter.
coffee
Lunch
1 sandwich (2 s. lite wheat bread, 2 oz. ham, lite mayo, lettuce, tomato)
1 cup vegetable beef soup
water
afternoon snack
1&1/2 graham crackers
Dinner
1/4 cantalope
Large plate of stir-fry vegetables
3-4 ounces chicken breast
sliced tomato
water
