Default Question for anyone who might know! :)
My brother has talked to me about this whole WW thing and it seems interesting, he loves it and loves counting points... My question is how do I know how many points I can have? I found the database that has all the values for the food but I need to know how much I can have... If anyone knows that would be awesome!

Okay sorry I am obviously dumb because I'm not getting it... I am 19 almost 20 so lets just say 20 and I am a female, weigh 230 lbs.... so that means??? .... lol

And at work I mostly sit so 0 points for that

IF I calculated it right that would be 29 points, that seems like an awful lot, not sure if thats right?
