gosh, I'm such a scatterbrain, I lost track of what I was doing, and posted this on Jen's birthday thread

OK, I'm not going off plan for a week, just off obsession, as some of you may know, I have had problems in the past with eating disorders... and I have to watch myself carefully now, as I tend to fall into obsessive habits, well, the time has come to step away from the calculators, and get away from my food obsession for a week or so, I've been obsessing over every stray calorie, and if I'm over even by one, I feel like crying, so, no posting, journaling or tallying for me for a week, I'm going to do a lot of soul searching, and try a little spiritual healing while I'm at it. I may be online some while I'm away, if you have me on your buddy lists, I'll probably chat you to death while I'm on, I just won't be anywhere that has to do with my calorie counting, food intake, all that stuff, all pressure off (not all rules tho!) with the exception of trying to get my page finished properly...
