Default I'm back!
Ok really I didn't disappear - just got back home from holiday travels and am ready to get back to normal!

I ate moderately well - my main goal for the holidays was to not gain. I'd hoped to lose but I'm pretty sure I held steady. I'll find out tomorrow.

I really missed you guys and am glad to be home!!

Don't worry it's back to school for me - so back to my regular routine.

It actually felt so good to bust out my scale and count my calories this morning - ahhhhh feels good. Someday I'll learn how to calorie count when visiting others.

The good news is my weight held pretty much exactly steady which was my main goal for the holidays this year. I thought about trying to lose during the holidays but figured that making a more achievable goal would help me keep on plan. I'm glad I decided ahead of time that a couple weeks of maintaining was OK. I'm looking forward to seeing that scale go down again though!
