Do you have to be a w.w. member to be on this site? i'm thinking of joining w.w. but don't know which one will be better online or meetings can anyone tell me. i'm going to be new to all of this. thank you

As for me, I love the meetings, and I need the accountability and friendship I make at these meetings. I get so much support and it's helped me loose 70 lbs. in 17 months.

You don't have to be a WW member to post here. You don't even have to be following the WW program. We're just happy to hear from anybody who is struggling to lose over 100 lb and wants to share the secrets of their success or get support while on the path to slimness.
I think the majority of the people who post here are following WW but it's not essential as far as I know.

HI I am doing WW. I started out doing the meetings. I joined, got all my things I needed, then quit going to the meetings. I just didnt have the money. I think that if money is an issue that online is a better solution. I wiegh at home on digital scales and it works for me
