we are about 7 weeks away (6 weeks on Thursday to the day)....
where do you want to be when you jump on the scales christmas morning?....
I usually lose about 2lbs a week, so around 222lbs would be good. that would be about a twelve lb loss. I would be really happy if it were about 220 tho

I'm at 156 so if I can lose a pound a week, I'll be at my original goal weight. (Although now I'm thinking I need to revise that downwards.) It would be a good base for the inevitable Xmas overeating ...
I really wanna get down to 147 by Christmas. Loosing 1-1.5 pounds a week would get me there. So I just have to stay on track. :] Ugh. And I need to exercise more. Diet=okay, exercise not so much...
I want more then anything to be under the 200 mark. My best friend moved away and she'll be visiting home on december 19th so I actually would prefer to be under 200 by then but as long as it happens by Christmas, I'm happy!
So I would only have to lose 9 (or 10. my weight is different every day. 208, 209, 208, 209, blah blah blah..) but I'm hoping to lose 12. Which shouldn't be too hard since on average I lose about 2lbs a week, anyway.
id like to be 14lbs lighter.that would be a lovely pressy. well id like to be 2 stone lighter ideally cause thats what i was when i came out of hospital from having my baby girl in june. i was 14 stone 7lbs when i fell pregnant, 12 stone 8 when id had her and now im 14 11 :-( so def need to do somthing
Hi, I'll join in too and introduce myself at the same time. I'm vegan and I live in London. I consider myself about 3 stone overweight but the doctor's chart reckon another stone off would be a good thing. I can't see that myself.
However for this challenge I'm setting myself a target of 12 lbs to bring me down to 190 lbs. This could ne hard for me as despite a good start I've been gaining and losing about three pounds for the last couple of weeks. Hopefully being here will help with my motivation.
I'm being ambitious and hoping for 15 pounds although I already have a few parties booked so it will be hard to stay on track all the way up to the day.
