Hi sbhoover! I have have been living with PCOS for over 12 years now _ I was diagnosed with it at 16.
I am on WW Flex and have lost over 40 pounds so far. The key really is to watch your sugar and carbs. This doesn't mean you can't have it, but I try to limit my carbs to 2-3 servings per day. I also find that when I eat them with a protein, it doesn't affect my body as much. I do cardio daily, modifying intensities every other day, and I think this helps as well.
It is possible to lose weight and have carbs, just choose "good" ones - high fiber, while grains and stick with it! Also keep in mind that for many PCOS'ers it takes longer to lose weight because of the IR problem!

and we hope to see you around again!
