I'm baaaack!
On the one had that's good news

cause it means I can chat with all of you on a daily basis. On the other it's bad news 'cause the reason I'm back is because I've put on 5 lbs.

Most of the weight came back because I relaxed my calorie counting. I thought maintenance meant I could just eyeball everything and give myself a whole bunch more treats

Some severe stress, a vacation, and going on a new hormone all contributed. But the main thing was not counting the calories

We just had our Thanksgiving - it's actually today but I did the big meal yesterday so I could start fresh today. Same old for me - counting the calories and writing everything down to come in under 1500 every day should take me down to goal by Christmas.
I didn't see this type of thread in the latest postings
