Hi friends! I just joined the board today, and wanted to say hello to everyone!

My name is Kim. I want to lose 30 pounds. I'm 39 and over the past few years I have been gaining weight. My body seems to have decided to slow my metabolism! I just started brisk walking today. I hope it will stick because whenever I've tried in the past, I took two or three walks and then quit! I am so happy to have found 3fc, because I believe I need all the support I can get, and I also hope to encourage others on their weight loss journey too!
