Hi im new

My name is Amy
i started my diet on Sunday 6th of July...
I weighed myself that night out of curiosity....and was totally disgusted by what I saw. I weight 71.6kgs. Im only 20 years old and am 166cms tall!
I started a journal and food diary with fit day and when i put in my weight it said i was moderatly overweight! how depressing.
Even more depressing is that i work in a gym. I cannot be overweight in a gym!!!!!
Anyway after doing some research I decided to start the cabbage soup diet just to give me a kick start. That lasted one day, not because of the soup...it actually tasted pretty good, but because it just wasnt convenient...so im goin to do it when i have some holidays!
So for the past week and a half I have been cutting calories and actually using my free gym membership.
So far I have lost 3.9 kilos.... just shows how much junk i was eating before!!!
i want to be under 65kgs for my 2 year anniversary on the 28th of this month.
My second goal is to be 58kgs by my 21st birthday on 26th of August!
