If you are having both servings in the same meal (that is, you're doubling the portion) then you double the fat, fiber, calories and recalculate the points.
If there are a number of hours between the servings (same meal for lunch and dinner) then you just count the points as for a single serving each time.
It sucks but it's more accurate to do it the way I suggested in the first paragraph. Sometimes the points are a lot more (raisin bran goes from being 1 point for 1 serving, at 110 cal, 5 gm fiber, 1 gm fat) to 4 points if you double it... It's the HONEST way to do it.
