Its_my_Life: Rupertsmom is right -- the AVERAGE is about 50 calories per point... but it can be a lot more or a lot less depending on how you eat and what you eat... and how you distribute those points.
It can be as few as 30 calories per point if your diet is high in oil, or as high as 110 calories per point if it's high in high fiber high fluid foods (like ff yogurts, and bulky cereals.)
Roughly, 50 cal/point is right on target.
