My husband told me about simply slender. It is a mixture of lemon juice, Cayenne pepper, and maple syrup. It doesn't taste very good, but it is suppose to cleanse your body. Does anyone else have any info on this?

It sounds like a commercial version of the "master cleanse" diet, and according to their site they also add a few extracts of currently hyped miracle berries such as goji that do nothing for weight loss.

Basically it will cause you to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. Any weight lost will be regained quickly. If you stay on it long, you risk complications of a malnourished diet such as hair loss and more. There are a lot of products out there that promise quick weight loss, but the only thing proven to cause fat loss and fat loss that stays off is diet and exercise. This looks like an expensive gimmicky product. Personally, I wouldn't bother with it. If you do decide to try it, please discuss it with your doctor before and during usage.

I though simply slender was a body wrap?
