Default Any other online calorie cuonters??...

Is there any other sites out there for calorie counting? We can't get onto spark people at work - and fitday frustrates me....

Are there any other sites? Thanks!!

The Daily Plate (dailyplate.com) is a really good online website! They have a free version and you can also upgrade for a nominal fee for additional features.
There is an extensive database, an easy way to track exercise calories burned, and a email type system where you can message other users on your "friends list".

I personally use the free version. I highly recommend it!

Hi Diet Coaches,

Its great to read your posts and share your struggles and learn from your experiences. Have been following what I learned last year on Beck for 6 days now. Giving myself credit for making time for diet and excercise, especially the excercise part. I make time for everything else that's important to me after all!

I've discovered a new way to to motivate myself. The reasons for losing weight that I had recorded were based on some examples in the book, and frankly, they were not emotional enough to motivate me. E.g. "to improve my health". My current reason for wanting to lose weight is so I won't be disgusted by looking at myself in the mirror. Now that's a motivator!
