Default Is this a diet I can do?

I have been doing research and reading online about MF and I want to know if I can do this diet. I am a sales/marketing person and I travel in my car all day long, in and out of buildings and hospitals. I know I will not or cannot ask to borrow anyones microwave to cook or warm anything up. I would have to do everything from my car. Is this possible with this type of diet? And my second question is I am a HUGE ADDICT to coke-a-cola. I am drinking 4-5 cans a day. SO yes, I know I have gone through God awfull withdraws before and I am not looking forward to this. Anyone else can relate? Or give advice, because that is my weakness! Thanks..........

Red face Yes you can do this diet.....

Hi Travelmom,

I too am a very very busy lady with my job being so demanding and crazy. I live out of my car and on the go. I do have my microwave at home on the weekends and on those very few days that I am at my workplace..... You will be limited though to the shakes, the puddings, and bars (one time a day) and then you will have to eat one REAL meal a day (Lean and Green). I actually think it is not too bad... day three this morning I felt like I could eat everything, but then later today it was like a switch... ping.... not hungry and felt pretty good and in CONTROL!!! As for Coke, you may have to switch to caffiene free diet coke (which I have grown to love).... which I will admit I too am an addict. But I am also drinking a lot of water with crystal light, which actually is really good and I feel pretty good about being able to stay on this diet (if you had asked me this at 8am this morning I might have said something different! lol)

Hope you chose medifast... it is pretty easy and very very very doable

Luck to you,
-Jana

Default Well I took the plunge tonight!

Thank you and good luck to you and your success with MF. I made my first order tonight. And me being such a picky person I picked and choose which things sounded like I could stand it for 2 weeks. I am trying this for two weeks and seeing if I can handle this on the go all the time. It was a bit costly other than buying the pre made up varitey packages, but I knew I would not like the things in there. Well, I also had it shipped standard because of the money. So I will start when I know I am at work for 3 days in a row knowing those are the rough times and at least I will be very busy to try not to think about food. I am afraid if I did the 3 days on the weekend I would eat the whole house! I guess I am going to have to switch my colas too......boohoo......that really is tough for me. Well Wish me luck!! Can't wait till it gets here!! I would like to loose 50-55 lbs!! Nothing else has worked........so I am praying!!

The weird thing on this plan is once you get in the groove you will almost forget to eat. Don't forget to eat though b/c then you won't lose. Make sure you eat every 2-3 hours during the day. Also get your L&G in for lunch or dinner. Yesterday I did mine for dinner then today I had it for lunch. If your on the go Subway turns sandwiches into salads. Just make sure not to get anything in it your not suppose to. This would be a healthy choice if you on the go. Hope these ideas help you!

Thank you! I placed an order online Sunday night and I still don't have a tracking number?! But I am excited and decided that once I get a tracking number I will cut way back on my cokes and starches and sugars so I can start my body on the right path. Going to go from 6 cokes a day to one.......LOL.........yep you read that correctly! LOL
