Default Under 240lbs for the first time in a loooong time!
Yesterday I noticed that my work clothes seemed a little bit looser. Yay! But, part of me wrote that off as wishful thinking.

For about a week I've been hopping on the scale every morning (I know -- bad idea!), and that darn thing wouldn't budge under 240.

So, I didn't weigh myself at all for 3 days, and when I jumped on this morning I was happily surprised to see that I'd lost 2 pounds!

I know this is a small victory compared to a lot of the posts I see here, but I was so excited by it that I jumped around with glee and rushed to post here!

That is a BIG victory!! Congradulations!! I am right behind you, I need 2 more to break the 240's. It has been a long while since I saw 239 on the scale. Keep up the great work!!

Every pound counts. The scale has sort of stalled for me. I lose at about a pound a week. Keep it up
